CJ ENM has led the entertainment industry, spanning a wide range of sectors such as broadcasting, film, music, OTT media, live events, and animations, while as a global IP powerhouse, we have consistently endeavored to connect and resonate with our global audience by delivering content steeped in sincerity and novelty. In the face of the rapidly changing business landscape, we prioritize ethical management as our core value with the aim to fulfill our corporate social responsibility and duty to all our stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, and the global community.

In order to ensure that all our employees can implement ethical management practices under a shared mindset, we have established compliance policies as a framework for ethical management, such as the CJ Code of Business Conduct and the Entertainment Division Code of Ethical Business Conduct. Furthermore, we have also provided education programs and cultural activities in diverse formats to help all our employees integrate ethical considerations into their daily tasks, while operating the Compliance Management Committee established for ethical decision-making at the management level.

Based on these efforts, CJ ENM became the first entertainment company in Korea to earn and retain ISO 37301 certification for compliance management systems published by the International Organization for Standardization, which is a testament to the global standard of our advanced compliance systems and a contribution to the spread of ethical management culture in the entertainment industry, thereby positioning CJ ENM as a leading company in the compliance sphere.

To consolidate our position as the “OnlyOne” in the entertainment sector to consistently enjoy the trust and support of all our stakeholders, we will continue the journey of developing our unique ethical management culture by implementing ethical management and fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.

The Code of Business Conduct is CJ's promise to our stakeholders in order to implement CJ's management philosophy in detail.
