Fixed Image Information Processing Equipment Operation & Management Policy

CJ ENM Inc. informs you of the purposes and methods by which personal video information processed by fixed-type video information processing devices is used and managed.

In accordance with Article 25 Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, CJ ENM shall install and operate the image information processing equipment for the following purposes:

1. (1) Facility safety and fire prevention
2. (2) Safety of employees and visitors and prevention of crime
3. (3) Prevention of vehicle thefts and damages

CJ ENM shall have the following Chief Manager and Access Control Staff to protect image information and handle related complaints.

• Processing Method: Matters concerning the use of personal video information beyond the stated purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, and requests for access are recorded and managed. Upon expiration of the retention period, such information is permanently deleted in a manner that prevents restoration (in the case of printed materials, by shredding or incineration).

The Company entrusts the installation and management of fixed video information processing devices as outlined below, and stipulates necessary provisions in outsourcing contracts to ensure that personal information is safely managed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Method: Contact or send an official document to the Chief Manager of Personal Image Information in advance and visit CJ ENM.
• Location: Central Monitoring Room located on level B1(entry upon admission by General Affairs Team, CJ ENM).

To view, verify the existence of, or delete your personal image information, please make a request to the operator of the image information processing equipment at any time, and necessary measures will be taken without delay. However, a request for deletion may be rejected in the case your personal image information is subject to a certain retention period for the urgent benefit of life, body or property.

CJ ENM ensures the safety of personal image information handled by CJ ENM by limiting access to personal information to a minimum, and having a locking device with a passcode to which only a restricted number of access control staff have access in order to manage personal image information.

This Image Information Processing Equipment Operation & Management Policy was enacted on March 30, 2012. In the case of any addition, deletion, or amendment to the contents due to changes in legislation, policy, or security technology, the reasons for and details of such changes shall be notified through this website at least seven (7) days prior to implementation.
