<MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE> All Set to Greet Global Fans With Special Stage Programming

Leading entertainment company CJ ENM announced the highly anticipated special stage programming for <MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE>, the French rendition of its World No.1 K-POP chart show happening on October 15th.

MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE welcomes the global audience to join them at the Paris La Défense Arena, the largest concert venue in Europe, with a star-studded lineup. The performing artists are ATEEZ, Dreamcatcher, EL7Z UP, K-Tigers, NCT DREAM, PSY, SHOWNU X HYUNGWON (MONSTA X), TAEMIN, TREASURE, and ZEROBASEONE (in alphabetical order). SUNG HAN BIN of ZEROBASEONE, the current MC for MCOUNTDOWN, will also host this special night.

The night will be a setting where fans can experience the various aspects of K-CULTURE incorporated into the K-POP SHOW, proving the true impact of Korea in addition to showcasing outstanding performances. The special stages are as follows:

- ‘DREAM STAGE’, the signature segment from KCON where fans perform together with their favorite artist, will debut in France. This time, fans can audition to get a chance to collaborate with ZEROBASEONE, who will perform ‘New Kidz on the Block’ from their million-selling debut album ‘YOUTH IN THE SHADE’.

- ‘The Most Loved K-POP’, an exclusive K-POP cover stage specially prepared for MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE, will be presented by the winners of Mnet’s <Queendom Puzzle> EL7Z UP. As this is EL7Z UP’s first time performing in Europe since their debut, their special stage is certainly something fans can look forward to.

- Also, there will be a ‘K-CULTURE STAGE’ prepared by the trendy Taekwondo performance group K-Tigers and ATEEZ where they will create a harmony between K-POP and Taekwondo.

Along with this programming, fans can also spot MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE POP-UP CAFE in the heart of Paris’s tourism district starting October 8th. The cafe will welcome fans to come enjoy events and fan-interactive content leading up to the show day in celebration of MCOUNTDOWN’s launch in Europe.
