<tvN Joy Festival 2019> Opens Its Doors Today

"tvN's brand event 'tvN at the end of the year - <tvN Joy Festival 2019 with TikTok>' opens today (Saturday).

<tvN Joy Festival>, which provides a variety of experience opportunities by bringing popular content broadcasted on tvN offline, is drawing a lot of attention this year as it sold out tickets with an upgraded lineup.

The event, which will be held on December 14 (Sat) and 15 (Sun), at the Announcement Hall 1 of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul, will not only fill the venue with exhibition experiences, talk sessions, and food zones, but also add fun by arranging various programs.

In the exhibition experience zone, visitors can enjoy a photo zone that preserves the moonsoul tree of 'Hotel Del Luna'. ‘Pegasus Market' booth will hold an exciting dance time with the Ppaya tribe actors. At the 'Amazing Saturday - Doremi Market' booth, visitors can try out the dictation and snack game that the performers challenge in every broadcast.

The talk session scheduled at 2:30 PM will open with Kim Woo-sung, who sang the OST of the tvN drama 'Catch the Ghost'.

At 3:00 PM, lecturer Seol Min-seok, the official storyteller of tvN Insight's ‘The Page-Turners,’ will talk about the books, after which at 4:00 PM,producer Na Young-seok and writer Choi Jae-young of tvN's popular entertainment show 'New Journey to the West' will hold a conversation.

At the 'Special Stage' prepared at 5:00 PM, 'tvN Best Character Selection Contest' will be held for visitors who have come dressed up as tvN's popular content characters. Ticket holders of ‘tvN Dressing Room’ (pre-purchase tickets) can also directly enter in the ‘New Journey to the West’ and ‘Hotel Del Luna’ make up challenge. Lee Se-young and Yoo Jae-hwan will take on the role of MCs and will bring keep the fun by engaging with visitors. Then will follow a special stage of singer Stella Jang. 

Lastly, at 6:00 PM, the 'Comedy Big League' crew Yang Se-hyeong, Yang Se-chan, Jang Do-yeon, Lee Guk-ju, and Lee Sang-joon will present a fun time to the visitors with an exciting character battle.

The event will also feature a 'Food Zone' where you can eat menus from'Kang's Kitchen', ‘4 Wheeled Restaurant USA’, and 'Coffee Friends', <tvN Joy Festival 2019> that will run until tomorrow (15th).

<tvN Joy Festival 2019>, which was organized by reflecting viewers' preliminary votes under the concept of 'tvN at the end of the year, the pleasure gift factory is in full operation!', proved the enthusiastic response as not only 70,000 viewers participated in the voting but the early bird tickets in September were sold out in one minute and the general tickets in November 1 were also sold out a week before the event.
