World’s No.1 K-pop Music Awards, 2021 Mnet ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS, Reveals Special Stages and Additional Lineup

Leading entertainment company CJ ENM revealed another special stage and additional artist lineup for this ‘2021 Mnet ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS(2021 MAMA)’, the world’s No.1 K-pop awards ceremony that be broadcast live on December 11 at 6PM KST(4AM EST). Global K-pop group NCT will be performing their song ‘Universe(Let’s Play Ball)’ from their third album for the first time on the stages of 2021 MAMA.
Popular rock band JANNABI was also confirmed in addition to the previous line-up revealed: aespa, ATEEZ, Brave Girls, ENHYPEN, INI, ITZY, JO1, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. Special performances by Ed Sheeran, Wanna One, and the dance crew from Mnet’s hit music reality series Street Woman Fighter were also announced.
The 2021 MAMA concept is MAKE SOME NOISE, embodying the message that everyone can come together, respect each other’s values without prejudice regardless of country, race, and generation through the power of music and K-pop. There will be a special event in-line with this year's concept, where global fans will be able to send in their 'roars' and official shoutouts; the MAMA team will incorporate them into the actual performance stage.
