Employee Eco-friendly Education for Environmental Protection Efforts in Daily Life

To enhance employees' eco-friendly awareness and spread ESG values, CJ ENM regularly conducts environmental education and upcycling experience activities.

In February 2025, CJ ENM held an training session to make an upcycling tumbler bag after conducting environmental education for employees under the theme of Carbon Neutrality, which practices by resource circulation and eco-friendly habits, with a social enterprise specializing in upcycling using waste resources. The tumbler bag was made of discarded leather after making a high-end sofa, with assembling it with sewing and freely coloring it. Participants left their impressive feedback on this green activity like "Interest in upcycling products has increased," and "I felt alert about the use of plastic." In addition, the completed tumbler bag was provided to participated employees so that they could avoid using disposable cups and use personal tumblers when working in office or outside.

In addition, CJ ENM plans and operates various sustainable efforts so that eco-friendly values can take root in our society, such as environmental education through ESG education for partner companies and green & social contribution activities for employees.
